Everyone has own way to writer a formal mail to accept job offered by company. The acceptance should be formal, polite and humble.
The basic format of Offer letter:
1: Greeting e.g: Dear , Hi, Hello etc.
2: Sir, Ma'am, Madam, Name of recruiter with Mr. / Mrs./ Mrs.
3: Body of matter i.e acceptance of offer letter
4: Closing e.g. Thank you and / or best wishes
5: Signature e.g Regards etc.
